Barsheba MILLER

   Another name for Barsheba was Basha.

Barsheba or Basha as family legend has her, was living with her son James and his family in the 1880 census. Also living with James was his siblings Betsy Ann, Jasper (Jack) and Daniel. The whereabouts of Sally was unknown to me at that time. RAH ^26,27

• Census: 188O census E.D. 69, Lincoln, Kentucky: , Lincoln, KY, USA. Barsheba was listed as Bashaby in this census. She was living with Son James and his wife and child Richard. Her children Elizabeth, Jasper and
Daniel were also with her. The census lists her as single. One can only wonder what became of William Stanley, her husband. Presumably he had died prior to this census.

Barsheba married William Stanley on 28 Jun 1854 in , Scott, Virginia, U.S.A. (William Stanley was born about 1828 in , , Virginia, U.S.A. and died bfr 1880.)
